Aizo Systems
Innovative Imaging Solutions
What We Do
We build advanced AI based image assessment tools that enhance your imaging workflow.
Over 3 billion digital photos are taken every day across a wide variety of industries. Many photos and video have blur from movement, focus issues, and dirty lenses. It can be difficult to immediately detect image quality issues and harder yet to quantify them
Aizo systems is here to help. Our expertise and innovative technology will help you assess your imaging system needs, improve your systems performance, and simplify your imagery quality control processes.
Our Technology
Our tools are engineered to rapidly assess and simply communicate imaging system performance from almost any image. Whether the image was captured from a cell phone or a satellite, users can quickly evaluate if a camera system is performing optimally.
Our SharpnessMapper™ tool quickly creates a colorized image sharpness map and metrics from any image. Not only does this map allow an intuitive and rapid check of the sharp and blurry areas, but each color also corresponds to a specific scientific value of sharpness (MTF50). Since the estimated measurement is based on an absolute scientific scale, camera sharpness can be compared across multiple images and even across camera systems.
SharpnessMapper enables powerful industrial image quality control and anomaly detection, faster image culling after a big photo shoot, or more simply a quick check of that last selfie.
Our Story
We started from a passion to measure and improve imaging system performance. Our world is full of imaging systems, from cell phone cameras to multi-band satellite sensors, advanced cinema cameras to automated vehicle vision systems, but not all are performing up to their full potential. The complexity of these modern imaging systems, along with the massive volume of captured imagery, results in significant technological and logistical quality control challenges.
Aizo Systems was formed to address these issues by reducing the time and complexity required to analyze imaging system performance.
